    IT Companies Feel the Need for Robust Design Teams

    According to a recent article in the Economic Times, most IT companies now recruit Designers with upto 50% more salary when compared to their Engineering counterparts. The companies have felt the need to build robust design teams in order to grab the attention of their potential customers and end users. They need employees with technology background with a touch of creativity and the capability to connect to customers.

    The designers are now paid a starting salary of 4 to 18 Lakh/year by the leading organizations. The reason for higher salaries is claimed to be that the demand for designers is more when compared to the existing number of designers.

    The top companies that look out for eminent designers include, Microsoft, SAP Labs, TCS, Cognizant, Mindtree, Infosys, Wipro, InMobi, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Samsung, Naukri.com, Adobe, and so on.
